Using the products

Daily

• Clean the face with Cream Cleanser. Use a small amount and rub into skin in small circles. Remove with tissues and spray.
• Facial Toner, then wipe again with tissues.
• Spray on Facial Toner. Pat dry.
• Apply Moisturiser, avoiding the areas immediately under and above the eyes.

Weekly - Deep cleansing

• Apply the Avicenna Face Mask by smearing it over the face and under the chin.
• Spray the mask with Facial Toner until damp. Leave for 20- 30 minutes until dry. The mask is dry when the colour has changed to a uniform light brown.
• Remove with water and then proceed through the Daily routine.
